Fadata signed a contract for the implementation of Oracle Siebel CRM at ViK – Water and Sewerage Pazardjik
In the beginning of July 2010 FADATA signed a contract for the delivery and integration of Oracle Siebel CRM, as a part of a project for implementation of customer relationship management solution and further modernization of VIK (Water and Sewerage) Pazardjik services.
The overall duration of the project is planed to be between 2 and 4 months. The project is currently in its first phase and a test run of the system is scheduled to be performed in one of the main ViK Pazardjik departments - the Manufacturing-Technical department. During the following phases is expected the implementation of field service, claim management module and inventory management. Part of the same project is integration of the CRM Application with the company’s accounting system.
The implementation of an Oracle Siebel CRM will provide to VIK – Water and Sewerage -Pazardjik clients’ high quality and timely service. The solution will also decrease the time for reaction of ViK Pazardjik in case of an emergency and will improve company’s business processes as well as the customer relationship. Additionally planed is implementation of Customer Portal and Business Intelligence functionality in order to improve customer service and provisioning as well as to facilitate the company’s accountancy towards the Ministry of the Environment and Forests.
