Customer Support Specialist

Requirements

  • University degree or last year student in Information Technologies or similar;
  • Good command of English – written and spoken;
  • Experience with SQL and PL/SQL;
  • Collaborative, communicative, self motivated and responsible personality;

Advantages

  • Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports;
  • Good command of Russian;
  • Knowledge of Insurance business or Insurance software;

Responsibilities

  • Provide competent and reliable customer support service;
  • Work within client service level agreements;
  • Design and develop user exits for an Oracle based application;
  • Make modifications to programs units/forms/reports;
