Requirements |
- 4+ years of experience as a designer/developer in commercial information system projects;
- 2+ years of experience as a project manager/team leader of commercial information system projects;
- Excellent knowledge of information engineering methodologies and modeling techniques is a must;
- Excellent knowledge and working experience with database, Web and J2EE technologies is a must;
- Master in Computer Sciences, Mathematics or equivalent;
- Fluent English;
- Leadership ability, analytical skills, logical and methodical approach to work;
- Self-motivation and results orientation;
- Collaborative, communicative and responsible personality.

Advantages |
- Experience with Oracle Database or Oracle Middleware technologies;
- Experience with Oracle ADF, Oracle ADF Faces or Oracle JClient will be considered as a significant advantage;
- Participation in large information system projects.

Responsibilities |
- Leadership and management of information system development projects (team of 4-12 people, object-oriented approach, Oracle database, J2EE technologies, single project duration between 6 months and 2 years);
- Management and motivation of team members;
- Planning and tracking of the project activities;
- Scope definition, requirements analysis, modelling, conceptual solution design;
- Communication with the client;
- Participates in the software implementation;
- Solving of technical and development issues;
- Enforcement of the company standards and procedures;
- Responsible for the overall project progress and success.
