Fadata provides technical support for its INSIS and Oracle Applications customers, based on high quality international standards and its own methodology and know-how.
For INSIS customers, Fadata provides warranties and after warranty maintenance and support which include:
- Delivery of new INSIS features in new releases
- Bug fixing
- Delivery of INSIS Documentation updates
- Design, development and implementation of new customizations requested by customers
- Consultancy and training programmes
For the convenience of our customers, Fadata support team has developed support web portal http://support.fadata.eu based on Oracle Siebel Application, where every customer can log in, maintain, manage and document its service requests. The entire communication with customers is performed through this web portal, enabling customers to register and track all the problems, defects, change requests, etc. as well as to use statistics and report facilities and to download information
Fadata is also the sole provider of 1st line and localization support on Oracle e-Business Suite Modules (Oracle Financials and Oracle Supply Change Management) in the Adriatic Region including Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia&Herzegovina. Apart from the Fadata HQ in Sofia, Bulgaria and the local offices in Serbia and Croatia (local offices to be opened soon in Bosnia &Herzegovina and Slovenia), Fadata customers from the respective countries can use also the Fadata Support site http://support.fadata.eu, related to the above mentioned services.
